We typically do not send proofs in order to keep turnaround times fast. If you'd like a proof, pleaserequest itwhen placing your order. Note thatrequesting a proof may delay production.

Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns or refunds on personalized products unless there is a defect or error on our end.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a solutionand make it right.
What if I entered the wrong personalization?
Please double check your personalization before placing your order. We do not proofread entries, as some requests are intentionally styled. Once production begins, we may not be able to make changes.
