This website is operated by Craft Pilot. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Craft Pilot. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 


1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province ofresidence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.


2. Custom & Personalized Products

All Craft Pilot products are made-to-order and customized based on customer-provided information
By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are fulyresponsibie for al submited text, speling, and design detalls
  • We do not proofread, verify, or correct personalization content
  • Some requests may intentionally include non-standard spelling or formatting

Once production begins. changes may not be possible.
Craft Pllot is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, and we do not offer refunds, remakes, or discounts for customer-submitted mistakes.

 

3. Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast turnaround times.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Production may beain immediately
  • Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed
  • We may not be able to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

 

5. Bulk & Custom Orders

For bulk, corporate, or custom project orders:

  • Pricing is based on quantity, complexity, and materials
  • Quotes provided are estimates and subiect to change
  • Production timelines may vary depending on order size and requirements

Approval of design or order details is considered final once production begins.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship using major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
By placing an order. you agree that:

  • Shipping method is selected at checkout
  • Free shipping is provided via standard ground shipping
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier:

  • Craft Pilot is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment

If an issue occurs, we will assist in investigating and help guide you through the claims process when possible.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are resnonsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Exceptions apply anly if the item is defective or there is an error on our end

Ifyour item arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photos are required
  • We willwork with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement

Refunds are generally not offered.

 

 

9. Produict Use & Care

All products should be used as intended.

Craft Pllot is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • misuse
  • improper care
  • normal wear and tear

While our cutting boards are food-safe and our tumblers are dishwasher safe, proper care is recommended to maintain product longevity.

 

10. Intellectual Property

By submitting logos, designs, orartwork, you confim that:

  • You own the rights ar have permission to use the content
  • The content does not infringe on any third-party rights

Craft Pilot is not responsible for any copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer submitted materials.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Craft Pilot shall not be liable for any:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • delays in production or shipping
  • dissatisfaction outside of product defects

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

 

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

 

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
