We make the custom ordering process as seamless as possible:

1. Tell us about your project

You can send us your logo or design files by email. Don't worry if you only have a rough sketch.Our team can handle the design work for you. Please also let us know if you will be shipping your own blank materials to us or if you need us to source them.

2. Get a Quote

3. Mockup & Approval

We will create a digital mockup (design proof) for your review. We never start carving or printing until you give us the green light!

4. Bulk Production

After you approve the mockup, our workshop gets to work meticulously crafting your batch.

5. Pickup or Delivery

Once your order is complete, we will notify you immediately. You can choose to pick it up at our CA workshop or have it shipped directly to your door.
