Is there a minimum order?
Send us the product and quantity you have in mind. We’ll confirm the available options and pricing for your project.
How much time should I allow?
Please reach out at least one week before your needed delivery date. Timing depends on the product, quantity, and design; we’ll confirm the schedule with your quote.
Can you use my logo or design?
Email your logo or design to hello@craftpilot.co. We’ll review the artwork and confirm what works for your chosen product.
Can I see a sample first?
Let us know if you need a physical sample. We’ll confirm whether one is available, along with any cost and extra time needed.
Can I pick up my order?
